Lead Minister

Scott is originally from Virginia, but has lived in Northern Ohio for over 30 years. He has been at Northwest twenty-two of those years serving as the lead minister.

He has been married to his wife Rhonda for 33 years. Together they have three awesome sons. Over the last couple years, they have added two great daughters-in-laws.

Scott and Rhonda love going to country concerts, traveling with lifelong friends to incredible places throughout the United States. Scott also loves to turkey hunt and fish with his boys in Ohio, West Virginia and Florida.

Scott believes the way of Jesus was disciple making and that should be the main focus of the church. He loves to talk to people who are searching for a deeper relationship with Jesus. He sees these spiritual conversations not only good for those who are searching, but they are good for him as well because he is on a similar journey to be more like Jesus.

Scott is aware that he is not perfect and that he needs God’s grace as much as anyone else. He also understands that Grace is covered in the truth that God’s word the Bible teaches us so Grace and Truth work hand in hand in understanding the love God has for all of us.

Family Minister

My name is Keith, and this is my family - my lovely wife Jacqueline and our three children - Mitchell, Emmalynn and Addison. I grew up in Cuyahoga Falls and attended Northwest as a youth (many years ago). My family loves living in the Falls, and we love our church family. We enjoy being outside, hanging out with our neighbors, friends and family. All we need is food and people and we're happy! God has blessed me with this unique opportunity to serve at my home church in my hometown with my close family and friends.

Administrative Assistant

Hey! My name is Janelle and I have served the wonderful people of Northwest Church and the surrounding communities for 15 years as the Administrative Assistant here. I have been married to my husband Justin for almost 13 years. We have two wonderful sons, Jacob and James. We love being outdoors hiking or riding bikes, we enjoy watching the Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Guardians, and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and we love going to the beach! We live in the Ellet community, and we love hanging out with our neighbors and friends there. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the mission of the Church. I believe that no one is too far from God's grace, and I love chatting with people about what God's grace has done in my life and what it can mean for theirs.
